Starting ASAP, we will require a card on file when booking an appointment. Virtual visits and medication refills will be charged to the card on file.

If you choose to pay in other forms (Zelle, Venmo, Care Credit) please discuss this at time of visit. 

For inperson visits, payment will be collected at time of visit.
